Ladies and Gentlemen, esteemed faculty, and dear students,

It is a great honor to be with you today, although virtually, to share some insights from my journey and to connect with all of you, the future leaders and innovators of our world. Cardiff Metropolitan University holds a special place in my heart as it is part of the foundations of my professional, academic, and personal growth. Returning here, even through this online platform, brings back memories and fills me with immense pride and gratitude.

“When the roots are deep, there’s no reason to fear the wind.” These words resonate deeply with me and have been a guiding principle throughout my career.
